I'm Fi: a pole dancer, movement enthusiast and travel lover.
Iām a decade deep into building movement spaces from my heart + soul. I created Flows with Fi to help you fall in love with yourself and your journey whilst achieving the intentions you've always dreamed of.
5 things you wouldn't guess about me:
Iām half Vietnamese
I never went to Uni and worked in rentals for all my early adult life
I opened a dance company in Hanoi for adult beginners: a core memory
I ran a private PT gym
Music and food are my love language - forever + always

For me, when I discovered pole it was a place to truly feel, to explore and to express every single layer of myself.
I want to be able to provide a safe, online space for you to feel that too.
